Reporting a problem
Tell us your device model, operating system and browser, the approximate date and time with your time zone, and which screen you were using. Describe what you expected and what actually happened. Include the exact visible error if there is one.
For a visual problem, say whether you used day or night, your camera view, and whether rotating or zooming changes it. For a result problem, say whether you were starting a search, selecting bills or submitting. A screenshot can help; remove private information first.
Keep credentials private
Never email passwords, Cloudflare or Google tokens, session cookies, secret keys or payment details. Support does not need a payment to release a prize: there is no real-money prize.
A public nickname and approximate time may help locate an issue, but avoid unnecessary personal information. For privacy requests, explain which data you mean without providing authentication credentials.
