Practical answers about the game and what to do when something does not behave as expected.
Can I win one million real dollars?
No. The target is a fictional Tree Dollar Bill. A verified find earns an in-game title, not cash. There is no withdrawal, trade or redemption.
Why is my daily search already used?
Starting the free search uses that day’s entitlement. Closing the page does not undo it. The next free search follows the server’s UTC day boundary; use the time shown in the game rather than assuming local midnight.
Does opening the site keep my streak?
No. Progress is based on completed free searches. Returning on consecutive UTC days increases the next allowance. The player guide explains the effect of missed days.
Can I tell which bill wins by its colour or branch?
No reliable visual clue is provided. The result is hidden on the server until your batch is checked. Day/night mode and camera movement do not choose a different result.
Why did sharing my link not give me choices?
A visit alone is not a qualifying referral. A new eligible player must complete a valid first free search. The two- and five-player milestones must be verified and can each be claimed only once.
Why are rewarded ads unavailable?
Live rewarded advertising is currently disabled. Do not click ordinary ads expecting choices. If rewarded ads become available later, the game must explain the optional reward and validate it before granting choices.
The scene is slow or blank. What can I try?
The 3D game needs JavaScript, WebGL and a working connection. Close other heavy tabs, use an up-to-date browser and try again before starting a round. If graphics acceleration is disabled, check your browser settings. Not every older device has been physically tested; tell support your model and browser. The public guides do not require WebGL.
Why did I select the wrong bill on my phone?
Branches can overlap. Rotate a little or zoom in, then use a short tap rather than a drag. Review the selected-bill count before submission. Reset, Top, Crown and Under offer useful starting views.
What if the connection drops during a result?
Keep the page open and follow any retry message. The server may have received the request even if the reply did not arrive. Do not assume a refresh restores a used entitlement. Send support the approximate time, visible error and device details if the result remains unclear.
Will changing my nickname give me another search?
No. A nickname is a display name, not a reset of server-held player state. Clearing browser data can disrupt recognition of your progress and is not a supported way to obtain extra searches.
Do I need an account or installation?
The game runs in the browser without a separate app installation or email/password registration. It still uses a player cookie, browser storage and server records for continuity and abuse prevention. Read the Privacy Policy before playing.
