Troubleshooting by symptom
Make the problem smaller before you start.
A slow scene and a delayed server reply need different remedies. Work through the stage that matches what you see.
Before spending a daily search
Wait for the welcome screen, the tree and daily status to finish loading. Check that you have time for a two-minute round and a stable connection. Starting uses the free entitlement; a refresh does not undo a server-accepted start.
Close other heavy tabs or applications. Try a current browser with WebGL and graphics acceleration available. Read these HTML guides if 3D cannot load: they do not start the renderer. Do not clear cookies/storage as a performance tip—you can lose continuity without restoring an entitlement.
Find your symptom
| What you see | Try this | Keep in mind |
|---|---|---|
| Blank tree, welcome not ready | Check the connection and browser WebGL/acceleration; wait before Start. | A guide page working does not prove WebGL is available. |
| Camera stutters | Close heavy tabs, use shorter drags, and try a supported browser. | Changing day/night helps contrast, not a guaranteed speed increase. |
| Tap marks another paper | Orbit slightly, zoom closer and use a deliberate short tap. | This can be overlap or a drag, rather than network lag. |
| Checking takes longer | Keep the page open and follow the retry message. | The server may already have accepted the request. |
What the game adjusts automatically
The renderer chooses a profile from touch/pointer and reported device capabilities. Mobile and constrained profiles limit pixel density and remove desktop shadows; decorative environment detail can adapt separately. The underlying bill count and game rules remain unchanged.
There is no public manual “Low graphics” menu in this version. The OS/browser reduced-motion preference affects some animation behavior, but is not a guarantee of lower load or an accessible substitute for bill selection. Set the preference before opening the game.
Performance varies by device
WebGL performance depends on your browser, graphics processor, device and other open applications. A scene that runs smoothly on one computer may stutter on another. Phones can also slow down as they heat up during longer use. A screenshot cannot tell you how smoothly the game will run on your device.
If a problem persists, send the device model, OS/browser version, approximate time and time zone, stage of play, day/night setting and exact visible error. Say whether it is reproducible before Start. Do not send session cookies, tokens or payment information.
